Over the last 20+ years, I’ve led strategic initiatives and teams that have:
shaped new digital products and services that reached millions of customers;
streamlined critical business processes, reducing cycle times and costs by 30% or more;
reimagined customer and employee experiences that improved engagement and retention; and
built enterprise innovation and IP programs that strengthened long-term competitive advantage.
My career began in engineering before transitioning to business consulting and Fortune 100 executive leadership. This mix of disciplines and experiences allows me to combine big-picture strategic thinking with analytical rigor to maximize impact while managing risk.
I love helping people across backgrounds, roles, and organizational levels to challenge conventional approaches and collaboratively push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Current work
In early 2025, I co-founded a consultancy called Create Advantedge, where I currently serve as Managing Director. https://createadvantedge.com/
We partner with organizations on innovation, growth strategy, AI-enabled business improvement, and complex transformation priorities.
I also work independently with select clients on a fractional / retainer basis to help drive strategic initiatives while establishing repeatable, structured ways of working that sustain impact well beyond by direct involvement.
